Design of an Intelligent Media Chatbot and Analysis of the Shahrara Newspaper (Municipality of Mashhad)
In order to improve services to citizens and better understand their needs, a project has been designed and developed in the field of monitoring and analyzing statistical information from the news of the municipality and the city council of Mashhad, featuring a smart media chatbot and analysis of the Shahrara newspaper. This project includes several key objectives aimed at elucidating and examining the sentiments and textual opinions of citizens.
Project Objectives:
News Monitoring: Collecting and monitoring statistical information related to news from the municipality, city council, advertisements, and their appendices from various perspectives.
Sentiment Analysis: Conducting intelligent sentiment analysis and bias detection of citizens’ opinions for each news article, with the capability of temporal filtering to observe changes and trends.
Geographical News Detection: Identifying news categorized by the geographical areas of the city and analyzing news subjects in different regions of Mashhad.
Urban Culture Analysis: Intelligently identifying topics and instances of urban culture in news articles and recognizing the most important issues raised in the news from various service-providing agencies over time.
Statistical Analysis: Performing statistical analysis of the news articles from the Shahrara newspaper and extracting the most important topics discussed in the public opinion datasets to better understand the desires and needs of citizens.
This project is continuously pursued and implemented with the aim of enhancing the quality of municipal services and strengthening the relationship between citizens and officials. The reports generated from these analyses can serve as a credible informational resource for macro decision-making and optimizing public services.
