With the advancement of technology and the vast and growing amount of digital information, we are facing a challenge that hinders users’ timely access to information. The increasing volume of information, which is being dynamically and continuously generated, has led us to the issue of information overload. Therefore, data management and gaining deep insights into organizational information have become complex yet essential tasks.

Nowadays, organizations are continuously collecting and storing their information, documents, and organizational knowledge. Analyzing organizational data, being aware of the requirements, extracting key performance indicators, and monitoring organizational data as a method of managing and analyzing qualitative data play a crucial role in advancing organizations. The Knowledge Bases Dashboard of Astan Quds Razavi has been designed to analyze the requirements of the end-user domain (by holding meetings with managers and experts of each domain), extract key indicators for each domain, monitor, analyze, and visualize the knowledge bases.
