Words stating that some projects in the field of data governance in some countries are part of critical plans; Like the routers, an example of which is the “Nashan” software, and it cannot be said why such software was developed with the presence of Google Map; Because these software stores valuable data that is considered very strategic. The managing director of this company, Ahd, said: Language models such as JPT chat are also such projects. These are the projects that every government and country tries to create its own local model, because these models, with their amazing potential, can help a lot in the governance layer in countries. He added: One of the missions of this start-up in the field of artificial intelligence is the development of language models such as GPT Chat, and in this regard, we recently developed a model that has 35 parameters, high accuracy and high adaptability in the Persian language. Kalamati added: We tried to apply this product with the aim of increasing the speed of responding to customers in the customer support departments of organizations. He stated that one of the uses of language models is the creation of a chatbot environment and continued: In addition, in order to facilitate interaction with this model, we launched a voice-to-text conversion service, and with this service, users are no longer needed. Type the text of the questions you want, but the user asks his questions and with the voice-to-text conversion service, the expressed questions are converted into text. This technology reminded: the prepared text is sent to the designed language model. This model has the power of inference and produces the individual answer and presents it to the user. He considered one of the important features of language models to be transferable to different languages and pointed out: In the classic models that were used in the field of technology in the past years, we had to produce separate models for different languages such as Farsi, English, etc. but the important feature of these models is that you can easily talk to them in any language. The CEO of Ahed Company added: It is possible to give this model access to regulations and organizational information in Farsi, but an Arabic speaker can talk about these regulations with it. Regarding the contribution of these language models to governance, he said: These models have the power of inference. Our mind has the power of analysis, but it has a limited memory; But these models can have very large memories and at the same time, in response to a question, they can fairly process a lot of data and provide the answer to a problem. Kalami emphasized: The more data these models have, the more complete answers will be provided, and this method can help the rulers in solving the country’s problems. Referring to the application of the language model developed in this company in scientific fields, he said: We designed the experimental version of this model and in it we designed 3 billion information records in the design phase for training, and the tests performed showed that the accuracy is high. It is in Persian language. This product is one of the products that has the most adaptability to Persian language and Persian grammar. The managing director of Ahd Startup Company announced the conclusion of a contract with Astan Quds Razavi to apply this model and said: In addition to that, we have two other contracts with two ministries on the agenda, and in these collaborations, we will try to turn this project into other micro-projects. so that small businesses can also use this language model. He reminded: In this way, we are trying to make every business upload its data on this language model and easily build its chatbot in an interactive space without knowing the programming language.
